Where Should I Go When I Arrive?

Veritas Counseling & Consultation and is located a 2029 Riverside Drive, Columbus, OH, 43221 (Upper Arlington/Grandview area). Upon entering the main doors to the building take the stairs to the right up to the second floor. Suite 201 is halfway down the hallway. Please note there is not an elevator in the building. When you arrive to my office I will likely be finishing up a session with another client.  We do not employ a receptionist so please make yourself comfortable in the waiting room and I will come out to greet you at our session time.

What Happens During the Intake Session?

During the intake session we will talk about what you want to address in counseling, set some initial goals, the general counseling process, and answer any questions you may have. I will also send you home with some initial reading and encourage you to begin thinking about where you would like to begin our work based upon the treatment goals we have set. My goal is for you to leave our intake session feeling well informed about the counseling process and excited to begin it!  ​

How Do I Schedule Sessions?

After the intake session is complete clients are then fully connected in the therapyappointment.com system and have permission to set, reschedule, or cancel appointments simply by logging into the scheduler. Clients may also set future appointments in person during each session. Appointment reminders are sent within 48 hours to clients either via text or email.
